Order Processing Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. To maintain a smooth workflow while crafting products in small batches, shipments are sent out on Tuesdays. Orders placed after Monday may ship the following Tuesday. During busy seasons or market events, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small handmade business. If you need your order sooner, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate when possible. Shipping Methods Orders are shipped through USPS or another reliable carrier. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee replacement of orders shipped to an incorrect address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Lost or Missing Packages Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Star Naturals is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. We package all products carefully to help prevent damage during transit. Shipping Insurance Orders over $100 may qualify for optional shipping insurance at checkout. Adding insurance provides additional protection for your package in the event of loss or damage during transit.
