OUR SHIPPING POLICY

At Star Naturals Herbs & Healing, every product is handcrafted with care. We take the same care when preparing your order for shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. To maintain a smooth workflow while crafting products in small batches, shipments are sent out on Tuesdays.

Orders placed after Monday may ship the following Tuesday. During busy seasons or market events, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small handmade business. If you need your order sooner, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS or another reliable carrier. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee replacement of orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Star Naturals is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

If you need assistance locating your shipment, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help guide you through the process.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation and determine the best resolution.

We package all products carefully to help prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Insurance

Orders over $100 may qualify for optional shipping insurance at checkout. Adding insurance provides additional protection for your package in the event of loss or damage during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Star Naturals Herbs & Healing, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because our products are personal care and herbal wellness items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for safety and quality reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and determine the best resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Herbal teas and tonics
Salves and skincare products
Aromatherapy products
Personal care items
